The full HypnoBirthing® course includes five 2.5–3 hour sessions designed to give you and your birth partner time to learn, practise and prepare together.

Your course materials include The HypnoBirthing Book by Marie Mongan, the Rainbow Relaxation MP3, and class handouts including relaxation scripts and a birth preferences template.
